Championship Level HO Slot Car Racing
The Northern Ohio HOPRA Slot Car Racing Club continues a greater than 30 year tradition of highly competitive HO slot car racing in Ohio. The premier racing series in our club, the Ohio State Series, is directly aligned with the H.O. Professional Racing Organization (HOPRA) rulebook. Racers from our Ohio State Series have leveraged the racing skills they've developed within our Ohio State Series to win national championships in several HOPRA slot car racing classes.
All of our club's racing series from our informal Friday Night Series to the stringent Ohio State Series are focused on creating a fair, friendly, supportive, and structured racing environment that allows racers to learn and progress to ever higher levels of competition. Our race days are fun, memorable, and fast-paced events with multiple opportunities for racers at different levels to compete for race wins and earn season championship points.
Every Ohio State Series season concludes with the season champions receiving awards for their performance, recognition for the hospitality of race venue hosts, racers being thanked for their sportsmanship, and knowledge that the Ohio State Series has once again prepared our racers to compete at the national championship level against the very best HO slot car racers in the country.
